Adam J. Peck, Esq.

Portrait of Adam J. Peck.

Adam J. Peck is a principal at Peck Law Group, APC. His practice is built around residents of long-term care facilities who have been seriously harmed, and the families who are left trying to understand how it happened.

Practice focus

The cases involve serious injuries suffered by people living in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, and in some cases the death of a resident. The particulars are hard reading, and this page will not set them out.

What the work has in common is a single question, asked after the fact: how did someone who was supposed to be cared for come to be harmed instead? Answering that question repeatedly, across many facilities, is the experience he brings to the Foundation’s work on prevention.

Education

He graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2004 with a B.A. in political science. He received his J.D. from Whittier Law School in 2008, graduating cum laude, then completed an LL.M. in taxation at Loyola Law School in 2009, with distinction and an emphasis on international tax.

Steven C. Peck’s work is described on his profile, and the Leadership page introduces both. Questions for the Foundation can go through the contact page.
